Tama Potaka insists that his policy for anyone seeking emergency housing hasn't changed... the eligibility has been 'tightened' and by 'tightened' he means the bar to access support is so high that even an Olympic high jumper couldn't be helped!

Here we have Tama Potaka, hands clasped behind his head, casually soaking in a slowly boiling saucepan.
Next to him a frog is also floating in the boiling water and another frog sits on the handle of the pan.
Tama says to them, "No, no! There are multiple factors linked to homelessness!" The frogs look at him sadly. Even they know he's the reason for the rise in homelessness.
The oven knob reads - Emergency Housing Eligibility - it has two settings 'Worse' & 'Better'. Surprise surprise it's turned to Worse.
The water is bubbling, the heat is turned high and steam can be seen whispering around all three of them.
