The govt just started to realise there's a cost of living crisis... what am I saying, they've always known.
It just wasn't at the top of their to-do list... Now it's lip-service tour time!

On the road a battered old converted ice cream van has been commandeered into the Lip-Service van. Luxon's worried face plastered on the side with a slogan, 'EVERY THING IS SO PEACHY' and above the wind shield it says, 'FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT'.
Luxon is also inside the van waving frantically at a small child to the side of it. The little boy is shouting, "Mummy! Look, look, it's the lip-service man!" The mum is looking petrified.
A lot to digest in the news at the moment, well, every day to be honest. But I hope my toons bring a little 5 second moment of joy.
