Cartoon: Tax relief?

My cartoon in yesterday's The Post, The Press and Waikato times (all daily newspapers across Aotearoa, New Zealand).

Every week some new cost is loaded back onto an already drowning community. Tax cuts...sorry, 'Tax relief' sure ain't making anyone feel relieved. Unless of course you're already loaded.
